Server error in '/' Application when trying to purchase on prezzybox

I'm trying to buy something on prezzybox but keep getting this error on firefox and ie is it me or them?

Why not contact the company im sure there gonna have more info than people on here will supply. Yes its a server error.

Does server error that mean the problem is on thier side not mine?

I havent contacted the company yet because I have vouchers that can only be used online so was wondering if there was anything I could do about it myself
