Just rung creditor - they haven't got my details! :-)

I'm on a Payplan DMP and Clode Retail Finance are one of my creditors. I've been making reduced payments to them no problem, then in January I got a letter from them saying my debt had been sold to DMA finance who would contact me shortly.
Anyway, DMA Finance never did contact me, so I let Payplan continue to pay Clode as normal.
I've just rung Clode for an updated balance and the girl said "we don't have that information - we'll have to write to you".
Well, I'm going to wait a week for a letter from them, then I'm stopping payments. If they can't provide me with a statement of where my payments have been going, I ain't gonna pay them any more!
I would phone DMA Finance but as they have never contacted me, I don't have an account number from them and there is no trace of them on the web, stuff them :-)
