Hello
I have succsfully completed an IVA earlier this year and all monies have been paid out etc etc and I am no longer iin debt.
My question is can I still claim back my bacnk charges?
I have written to all of my lenders and in total im owed about £3000 from it.
The IVA was a legal agreement between myself and the creditors which has now been completed.
I have had a letter back from mint saying that they will refund me £29 against my account becuase I owed them money..
My point is that once the IVA was legally agreed and completed i no longer owe them money and should be able to re-claim this money..
I understand if I was in my IVA then it would be classed as a windfall.. but the IVA is complete and legally i owe no one anything.. so surely im withing my rights to re-claim this money?!??
Am I barking up the wrong tree here, or do I tell mint to jump and give me my full allowance back to me.
thanks in advance for all your help.

Was all monies paid off? What I mean is that were they paid in full or was a settlement of the accounts offered and then taken so you didn't pay off 100% of the total monies owed?0 -

It was a full and final settlement of all monies owed. worked out at about 60p per £10 -
If you go back for the charges then they have the right to offset any monies owed against what was settled as they would have written an amount off.It was a full and final settlement of all monies owed. worked out at about 60p per £10
