I've just started using it with a USB handset, my daughter has the same phone. We keep turning down the volumes, but we are not getting a very good reception.

:j try using skype, you can download it free from www.skype.com and it's free to use, and it work's with these USB phones as I have a USB adaptor to plug my cordless phone into and the reception is pretty good, or you could go in to your settings on the pc and do the sound wizard, start, control panel, sound speech and audio devices, sounds and audio devices, click the voice tab, click the test hardware tab at the bottom and go from hear to test your device, don't forget to click apply and ok at the end, hope this help's T:D
