Hi,
I have been driving for one year and I received a renewal for my car insurance, however it states I have 2 years no claims.
The insurance I first bought had 0 years no claims.
Have they made an error or can a car insurance company hand out an extra year of no claims to get customers to return??
Thanks!

Call them and check. They are at liberty to give you what ever bonus they want, another insurer may not accept it though.0
