Ideally you want to use a desktop publishing programme... how do you intend to get them printed? Are you doing it yourself or using a professional printers - if it is the second then you need to find out what formats the printers accept as there is no point using a package which they dont support. All posts made are simply my own opinions and are neither professional advice nor the opinions of my employers

You can use pretty much any program you please, but your printer will prefer it if you give them a pdf file which you can generate from pretty much any application with this free software.

If you don't give them a pdf file they may curse you, or even worse charge you more!
If you want to make your life easier find a friend with one of the following (in order of ease of use in my humble opinion) who will lend you thier computer
Adobe Indesign
Quark
Adobe pagemaker.
Good luck!0
