Ordered supplements from bodysourceonline.co.uk on 24th August, delivery never arrived 2 weeks later I was emailed and asked for extra delivery charge as goods had been returned to warehouse undelivered. I had been at home during that time house renovating and no way was any delivery or "not at home" note left. I wrote back to tell them this and requested refund if if they were unwilling to send it on. Since then no replies to my mails via their site nor their "consumer support". I note on some internet forums other folk have had similar problems with this site.The parcel tracking link on the site does not work and other links re hacker secure also are dead. Seems to me like a scam similar to to the "power of road" where they only send out dribs and drabs to make it look legit. Anyway any advice re ways to get refund or reporting this site? I hate getting ripped off!!

Many thanks to mWillets for info. Supplement problem now sorted, Talked to Chris who was a decent and helpful guy, apparently he only took over bodysource/monster supplements in August and dealing with some inherited orders/problems. I wish him well in getting problems sorted and suggest a good place to start would be with customer support staff and getting customer mails answered it would have saved a lot of hassle.0
