Help how do I get rid of 'Moviepass.tv'???

As soon as I log on, this 'Moviepass.tv' comes on (American site) saying that my 3 day trial has ended and now I need to pay £20 per month. How do I uninstall it? I've e-mailed them and told them I don't want, and haven't used it at all but no response, just this screen popping up and music blaring. Have to use my pc with the sound on mute and minimise the reminder so that I can go on other sites I want to look at. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Failing that, try downloading Hijackthis but it means posting a log for advice0 -

It states that one person managed to remove it by going into safe mode first, not sure how you do that, can you give head me in the right direction to get onto safe mode then I'll try and delete through Control Panel again.
At the moment when I try to delete it, it automatically open up the Moviepass page again giving various payment methods .......:mad:0 -

if it fails just follow the malware guide I posted , download the software and run it as instructed and it will remove all traces

Well that's the strange part I have Norton Antivirus and a firewall, but I seem to have 'accidentally' downloaded it by clicking on an ad. by all accounts
