secuity lighting written permission from council

Hello Again,

I hope this is ok to post here.

I want to get installed some security lighting outside that runs from the main electic fuse board as I live in a council house I rang up my local office and was told I would need to get written permission from them before I could do anything.

I am hopeless at writing letters anyone got any ideas what I would need to put into the letter please

thanks inadvance

They'll need to know where you live and they will want to know the spec' of the lights, so if you have a brochure you should send that in as well. Also, a photo to show where the light will be sited is a good idea. Be sure to get a written response from the council.
