Hi all.
This is a bit of an odd one and I realise that you may not be able to help without seeing all programmes and contents of all folders but basically i'm running out of hard drive space. Have had a few warnings and thought it might be me downloading progammes to convert and play youtube vids but apparently not cos they are really small.
I'm not at all into computers but know already that itunes is taking up a lot of space but inside vista there is a folder called windows, this has got lots of other folders in it but also 'loose' files. Can I delete these? Will it affect me using office - word etc?
Sorry I tried to put screen print on but its too big. Ther are all text doc, applications, configuration settings. 2 are named ocssetup... they are DPX and PERF files
Does anyone have any other ideas of large programmes/files I might be able to delete? Like microsoft sql, silverlight and activsync?
Thanks sorry I know this is a bit vague!

Hi, I wouldn't delete any files from the Windows folder. If you want to get rid of the programs you don't use, go to control panel and uninstall them.0

Thanks latormenta, i've done disc cleanup and deleted some programmes through the control panel, my problem is i don't know what most of them are - there are loads of microsoft ones etc... that i don't use and are unfamiliar!0
