Just went to America for 2 weeks and ended up on 4 AA planes. The long flights were fantastic with good in-flight entertainment and I am shocked to say I actually thought the food was good quality too (I also think I drank all of their apple juice!). The short flights were comfortable to easy to deal with as well.

My biggest praise comes to a check in assistant. I was in America to visit my fianc!e. I won't be seeing him again for several months and we hate having to say goodbye. Normally we do this at the security check point as he can't go past that. The woman at the counter saw how tore up we were though and created a boarding pass for him so that he could stay with me right up to when I got on the plane. These extra few hours meant the world to us and I am so grateful!

They are great aren't they?! We flew an internal flight from Chicago to John Wayne in L.A. Not the usual tourist route so having English on board was something of a novelty for the crew. They spoke to the kids, pointed out sights on the ground as we travelled etc
A really nice, friendly airline
