Want to complain LINEMYPOCKET!!!!

Hi!

I'm new to this webbord and I would ask someone to help. I have withdrawn my cashback from linemypocket for 250 pounds since August and it has been more than a month now and still haven't receive the money. I have submitted my support tickets but never heard back from them. Does anyone know how to contact them? as I tried to find their phone number but I couldn't find it on theie website.

Anyone can help? What should I do now?

Linemypocket.co.uk aims to fulfil cashback withdrawal requests within seven to ten working days, however no guarantee is made, and no liability accepted should the process take longer. Payment is made by electronic funds transfer ( Paypal) or as Amazon electronic gift certificates.


So I guess you just have to wait as they make it clear that they have no uoper limit on how long it will take to process. Good luck!
