i recently had reason to complain in a well known companies pub, after requesting the manager i had more reason to complain as he was unhelpful to say the least. i therefore requested the details of head office so i could put in a complaint. he refused to supply the address or his name, did i have any legal right to be given the address?
thx for any help.

It should be easy to find out the company's HO address if it is a well-known company."You were only supposed to blow the bl**dy doors off!!"0

Any business you contract with is required to give details of an address where documents can be served in the event of a dispute. Failing to give this information may breach the Business Names Act 1985. its likely you can find the address yourself with a little digging at companies house. In any event businesses are required to display ownership details on the premises.0
