Advice on labelling - Interparcel

Just booked a parcel with Interparcel and printed off the address label and barcode label. Reading the T&Cs etc. they dont tell you where to stick them but say they must be stuck on before the parcel gets picked up.
I am assuming that the address label goes in the centre of the parcel and the barcode on top right (like a stamp). I also intend using a wide cellotape to cover and stick these down. Can anyone confirm this for me though as I dont want to end up with the threatened £15 plus vat charges.
many thanks in advance

As long as they can see the address label and scan the barcode and they won't fall off you'll be fine. It doesn't matter where on the parcel they are. As far as I know it doesn't matter with a letter either, sticking the stamp on the top rght corner is a convention and not a requirement (I could be wrong!).tootsie215 wrote: »Just booked a parcel with Interparcel and printed off the address label and barcode label. I always attach more than 1 address lable and more than 1 copy of the barcode, so that it can still be "got at" whichever way it is stacked. I like to make life as easy for delivery drivers as pos :AThey deem him their worst enemy who tells them the truth. -- Plato0
