Please help! In a bit of a difficult situation with regards to buying a new property and dont know where to start!
We currently have a mortgage and need to relocate asap. We have seen a new build house which we really like, and want to go for - only thing is we need to act quickly as only 1 plot left. We haven't even got our current place on the market yet and think it may be a bit of a problem selling. We have spoken to a financial advisor and he thinks we will be able to get a mortgage for the amount we need for new place. However, I am starting a new job in the next few weeks and know most mortgage companies will not lend to somebody on a probation period so thinking we want to try and secure the mortgage on new place asap?? Would this be silly to do just now considering we don't even have this place on the market yet - don't want to be stuck paying 2 mortgages?? Or will we even get a mortgage at the moment if they know i'm working a notice period?
Help and advice much appreciated!

You might find when you start looking (when you're in a position to) you will be glad you didnt just go with the first one you saw.MFW - <£90kAll other debts cleared thanks to the knowledge gained from this wonderful website and its users!0
