Bathroom suite fitters

Hi there

My neighbour is having a new bathroom suite fitted BUT today she noticed a leak in her frontroom. She told one of the workmen about the problem, which they tried to brush off (don't they all!), and during their 'investigations' to find the pipe they have sawn through several of her polished wood flooring (they have done this in at least two rooms). Obviously she will speak to the guy in charge but is there anything else she can do like call trading standards or whatever?

They also left her without a toilet on the first night. She has a three year old child. What are these guys playing at?

Any advice gratefully received...

Thanks

Any advice anyone? Or should I post this query on a different forum? Is yes - which one?!

    Thanks again
