Help on moving supplier

Hi
I am currently with npower and the one deal has just ended so i am back to the standard rates

I spend around £900 a year on gas and £600 on electricity with current rates

I checked the comparisons sites and it recommends the following:

British Gas- websaver 4
eon fixonline
Edf online v5
ovo- the new one

anyone recommend any particular one- i have heard bad feedback for british gas and eon and dont know much about ovo- also eon is based on cashback which i assume happens every 12 month period you are with them

any feedback or thoughts welcome

also i have not gone for fixed- will the ones above come down if price of gas/ elec come down
