cheap hips?

Anyone know a cheap tried and tested hips supplier on the net? I dont want to pay top dollar through estate agent and dont want a con artist from the net either.

Interesting to look at their sample HIP pack their web site. It contains unofficial 'Evidence of Title' documents yet the HIP's legisation says these should be official copies. However I doubt this will be noticed.

There are numerous HIP threads on here, just page down a few times.

£205 including VAT seems to be the typical base price currently. I paid £171.35 for mine and it was fine, all there, all correct, within ten days of clicking online.

You don’t have to look too far for HIP threads on here:

    Hiya,

I used hips home direct / hips vault (same company I think) and I really thought their service was top notch. The whole thing for a lease HIPS was only £230 and the whole thing was done in 4 working days.

Honestly, I have never been so impressed with an online service. All the details including land registry and lease were online within 36 hours,

    Very professional and highly recommended.

    Hope that helps!
