Just having a small room replastered etc - newly levelled floor etc - no previous skirting board there (so none to remove)
Its a smallish room - 2 walls (x4m) and 2 walls (x2m) when you take out 2 doorways.
So we would need 12 metres length of skirting board.
How much should we expect to fit?

Prices of the skirting depends on the size, style and material and will range in price from £1.50 per meter to £15 per meter.
I fitted some last week, it was pine, 150mm torus profile and was £3.50 per meter.
And £100 sounds about right for labour.0
