Anyone else having trouble seeing all the fields? I only get down as far as Country then it's blank. Have tried in Firefox, IE and Safari. Wouldn't normally bother to keep trying but it sounds like a really fab prize.

Select your country and it will then ask you how you wish to receive mail from them. Select neither, and then the rest of the boxes should appear to allow you to fill in the rest of your details.
