Does any one have an update on £40 that should have been returned to them when passed over to EDF Energy ?

Surcharge Update from the Energy watch website(February 20th 2006):
energywatch's position is that Utilita have no legal right to impose their surcharge on its consumers. At this time, energywatch advises that consumers should:
demand repayment of any surcharge already paid.
refuse to pay any surcharge currently outstanding and ask for the account to be placed in dispute.
contact energywatch on 08459 060708 if they receive any further communication from Utilita threading action to recover the surcharge.Charles J0 -
Energywatch report today.
"A ruling has not yet been made however discussions regarding the situation are ongoing. Please be assured that energywatch are still making representations on behalf of consumers and a resolution should be made in the near future."Charles J0 -
