  • Well not a good start to the day. Change of weather, so all my joints are sore. Took all my meds and went back to bed while they kick in and woke up at 1pm:eek:. Thankfully the bathroom is in a decennt order anyway. Tend to keep on top of that one. So will just have to clean loo sink and bath. Sweep and mop floor. (probably take about 15 mins). In addition will clear all bedroom floors of washing and get that on S&S the kitchen and then make a start on the LR (computer in there so counts to the list). have also got to go food shoppiing, so need to make a meal plan up for the week and pick up avon books/

Because I went back to bed missed bin men and my bin is full:eek::eek::eek:.

    GREEN BEE love the handbags.

Anyway better finish my coffee and get the timer out. Will check in later.:D
The problem with common sense is its not very common:rotfl:

  • Rosepink that's a purty avatar.

Little will get done as a guy is coming to test-sand and stain the floorboards today, that will make a mess!

Still, its all progress, we may have reclaimed one room by Easter.:j

I have done the bathroom bit.
I have also cleaned half of NN's conservatory for her (she's away on hol at the moment and I promised I'd do it for her so it's sparkling for when she gets home). I shall do the second half tomorrow.

I now really have no excuse not to sort out the pit that is my bedroom...not least because that's where my 'study' area also happens to be..

I'm trying to get quotes for having a woodstove installed... but I can't find any company that will come out - they want you to go to the showroom. Well... I can see the stoves on the internet, but they can't see my fireplace & chimney can they? So how can they quote if they don't come and visit?

I'm beginning to get irritated by it - obviously business is so good they don't feel a need to be polite about it!
