I'll join in on that HHC before we have lunch too, which might well be a massively buttered bagel with marmite and dangerous amounts of tea. See you all soon :)

Hello! How are you? Try to find healthy food that you like - wholegrains and lots of protein will help with your blood sugar levels as they are slow release energy things - I like nutrigrain bars and special K bars

Does he have a walking stick made out of a candy cane thingy?

Fedup - I usually put lots of bowls of boiling water in the freezer and push the door too so it can get all hot and steamy in there - and keep changing the water when it's cooled so it stays hot and defrost quicker. And def turn it off first - not sure how to turn mine off, need to investigate...

I've been a busy bee already today, but couldn't get on here as DH has a headache and is still at home. I've confiscated the laptop now so he's made himself some eggs and soldiers, and might go to work if he feels up to it after that. Will post my list so you can see what I've been doing...
