Why is the Toyota Aygo £200.00 cheaper than Citroen C1 and Peugeot 107?

When the trio first came out the C1 was the cheapest of the lot, by more than £200 I think. Horses for courses, just buy the cheapest one. They're all made in a Toyota factory anyway so less worrying about the electrics and reliability of French cars.0

I was about to say buy the Toyota for the 5 year warranty but I see it's only 3 years in the UK, which is a bit sucky. What goes around - comes around0 -
I think the toyotas front looks better0

Yeah they're all made by the same people. looked at these a couple of years back when I bought a car, but decided they were a bit too small for my needs. nice cars though.
I've spoke to a number of dealers, people in the know (I used to work for Toyota, Peugoet and Citroen) and the general concensus seems to be you're better off buying the Peugeot based on aftersales care etc.Debt at LBM (28/08/09) = £43000 / Current Debt = £39800Wannabee debt free date 28/08/12The 20K challenge £0/£20000 (0%)0 -

surely you cold take your c1/107/aygo to any citroen / peugeot / ago garage, as they are identical cars apart from cosmetics0 -
The Toyota garage probably has an offer on. I'd imagine that, despite them all being the same underneath, the Toyota would hold its value better 'because it's a Toyota and they're more reliable than French cars'. But after that general advice, unless you really don't like the look of any of them, play the dealers off each other and take whatever one is cheapest/best equipped.0

Is it the Peugeot that can come with racing stripes and twin stainless steel centre exhaust? Looks quite good that.
