I am an Ebico customer. I agree that Ebico does need efficient payers for their system to work. I pay promptly each quarter. Is WHOLE BILL (quarterly) direct debit not available to you rather than the monthly payment plan? I was offered it.0

I was offered it by Ebico when I joined up, but they still managed to put me on monthly billing. Still, they are nice and cheap. You get what you pay for.
When they (Southern or Ebico) decide to offer efficent service, I will reconsider efficient billing.0
