Sorry I'm not sure I fully understand your question?

If you are asking about withdrawing a paypal balance to a UK bank account, then it costs 25p for transfers under £50 but is free for balances over £50.

If that isn't your question please ask again as many of us use paypal frequently and should be able to help.

I have also moved this over to the ebay board as you will get more response.

To be fair, I'm assuming we have some kind of language barrier here.

Having said that, I don't think anyone here will be able to help you, since you seem to be asking about the methods paypal use internally to effect transfers. Even if anyone knew, there would be copyright and security issues in providing this information (your point 5 is particularly worrisome)

If I have misunderstood your post please ask again.

 So glad I found this - I've been leaving my money in my pay pal because I didn't want to pay loadsamoney to transfer it. I thought it was more than 25p and so wanted to wait until it was over £50!
Maybe that breadmaker isn't out of the question after all........

i transferred £50 (i wait too until its £50 as i think theyve got a cheek to take fees for everything nder the sun and then charge you again for withdrawing your own cash).

anyways i was wndering where the money was, 5 workings days had long passed. it had been transferred to my other account which is my secondary account on there! i was assuming it would automatically transfer to my priority account i have registered!

anyhows i got me money but have spent a few days skint wondering where it was.
There's someone in my head, but it's not me

    A) They use semaphore language.

    2) are they using any kinda script for varification acoount detail ..?
    A) Yes it's the "phantom of the opera" script.

    3) how bank involve between paypal and user ?
    A) Banks are the ones crying in the corner after missing out.

    4) does they have any kind of agreement with governments as well .?
    A) Yes, every month the directors of paypal handover briefcases of cash in exchange for being on the Honours list.

    5) are these script available freely so anyone can use for his website for payments ?
    A) Yes simply sign up to paypal and fill out the forms to use the scripts.

    6) and what if suppose i am in uk want to transfer some money to some where usa bank by using paypal so how they manage this functionality ( paper work etc). i mean money transfer request ..
    A) You need to fill out a "money laundering confession form" which you can obtain from the inland revenue or police station. Just contact them and ask to provide your details, they'll do the rest!

    Good luck!
