  • Yes, I've done that but whereas the system will allow you to view 6yrs worth of bank statements, you can only view 4mths of CC statements!

I think you need to ask NatWest to look at why this is occurring since it is meaning that you are incurring charges on your credit card. 10 days for an online transaction is ridiculous so they need to investigate why it is happening or why it did happen so that you can feel confident of using the online payment method for your credit card.

  • I've tried, Bank manager has tried but still it keeps happening :( I just want to get the charges back and then will prob be able to pay off loan and cc. Will more than likely just get a PO account for my benefits as banks are getting worse and I can just withdraw cash as and when I need it. I budget really well anyway and keep a record of everything coming in and going out, always have done. In fact, until I had an accident that left me disabled I had quite a lot of savings as I had a very good job.

They were all spent on sorting the house for me to cope with day to dasy life though - then I found out that grants were available - wish i'd found this site years ago

Thanks for all your help - you deserve a medal :)
  • Try customer.relations@natwest.com
That is customer relations for NatWest and see if they can find out. Explain the dates when the 10 days thingy occurred and ask for an explanation and say who you spoke to about it.
