Barclaycard - good service

I have two Barclaycards, one I've stopped using, which has a zero balance(in the hope they'll offer me a good deal on balance transfers when I need one next Spring) and one I used to pay a lot of bills in August.
Last week I paid the full balance - around £1200 - using my online banking.
Last night they rang to say I'd missed a payment.
I assured them I had paid in time, told them the amount and date, and looked up my online account to confirm this.
Sure, I'd paid the full amount, but I had paid it to the wrong card. This was, therefore, my error, not theirs - a very expensive mistake earning charges for missed payment as well as two months worth of interest on purchases.
To my relief, the customer services people over in India - who get very unfair criticsm on here for their supposedly poor English - were brilliant and put everything back in order, waiving all charges and interest. They could not have been more helpful, courteous, understanding and efficient.
