    end of email:-

PHOTOGRAPH SOLUTION- If you are having difficulty in seeing the photographs you will need to change your email settings to allow HTML content rather than 'plain text'. This is either done from within the email program, or from a settings menu if you use an internet-based email, such as Yahoo or Hotmail. Basic Guide- If you go into your email account, go into tools, click on 'options' go to 'mail format' then click on the drop down box under 'message format' and changed from rich⁄ plain text to HMTL. If you are having difficulties, you will be able to get further advise on how to do this from your internet⁄email provider.

but despite these instructions, I can't do it.

Do you ever get messages with images, or even different colours and sizes of text, in them? If so, your Yahoo mail isn't set to plain text and there's some other issue, probably with their message!
