Hi, I've written to hsbc for a refund of my bank charges via the hardship route, they have now replied asking me to contact thier "SPECIALIST TEAM" for a review. they want my income and expediture details also. now i have recently spoken to the CCCS and they have arranged a budget for me for my debts, should i just send this off or fone the bank.

thanks

Send in the income and expenditure form. Via recorded as ussual, plus anything else that would help support hardship claim.

When did you get your reply? I'm claiming hardship with HSBC and my 14 days I left them to send a reply runs out on Tuesday.
