Anybody used Hipsvault for their HIP?

I want to start marketing my property (property next door has just been listed with local EA/Rightmove, so I'm going to utilise a bit of free advertising - how MSE is that!) and I need to order HIP next week to comply with regulations.

Hiya,
Yes I used them and found them to be absoutely fantastic. I ordered at 9pm one night and by the next night a load of the information was already loaded onto my profile. So a copy of our lease was on there and a load of the stuff from land registry.
We had our place on the market within 4 working days of ordering. I honestly couldn't recommend this web site enough.
When I hadn't had a phonecall to arrange for the energy assessor within the 48 hrs I phoned the helpline and spoke to the Managing Director himself who gave me their number. Sufficed to say the guy came round before lunch the next day.
