Earning some extra cash

Hi - apologies, not necessarily posted in the correct forum, but this is towards augmenting my savings, so in a contrived way, this is related to Savings 
Am looking at making some extra cash (around £300 a month) - any thoughts on this - any ideas if these 'click and register and make free cash' sites any good? If so, which of them are tried and tested by any of you guys, so I go only with the reliable ones?
Any help is welcome. On other options, am computer literate, and can look at taking up some typing tasks and some translation from and to a limited set of languages.

Thanx Scuzz. Took a look at the site - is it possible though, to register at the same ad banner twice, say once a day or something... else, one would end up exhausting all options once, and then would have to wait for any new banners to appear ???It's always the grass that suffers, irrespective of whether the elephants are fighting or making love !!!0
