In Blackpool Poundland they have lots of VHS copies of Jude starring Christopher Ecclestone and Kate Winslet. It's one of my favourite films although it is quite heavy going. There is a scene where Christopher Ecclestone has a conversation with David Tennant so for Dr.Who obsessives it is a must have!!

Poundland in the galleries (washington) had the Alvin Hall book today,"what not to spend" at half price for 50p.
Theres a few different books that were in the sale but the only other one i can remember was the atkins diet book.0
