Went to Poundland today, and they've got loads of new videos including Nanny McPhee and Bring It On Again, for £1. Yes, alright it's not the DVD version, but for a stocking filler it's perfect!:T

Poundland Altrincham had lots of Collateral (Tom Cruise thriller), and Grease videos last weekend. Also lots of rubbish films on dvd. However, they also had Laurel and Hardy in 'Laughing Gravy' on dvd (the one about the dog). OH and kids laughed their heads off watching it. Also had Buffy series 5 part 1 (ie about 4 episodes) and a Fimbles video.

Also off topic but spotted at the till MB 'be in the game' Frustration. Bought two as party presents - assume you print photos etc and stick them in somewhere!

Double check those Titanic and Grease vids - when I had "a butchers" I noticed that they were US tapes - most UK machines will play US tapes but be careful if your player is one of the few that doesn't.

Today in Altrincham Poundland they had Henry 8th TV series video (Ray Winstone), Austin Powers Goldmember, and Royle Family series 2. Quite a few cheap PC games like Monsterville (my 7 year old liked this a lot), Stolen on PS2, Disney Princess diaries (A4), Disney A4 lined pads, Butt Ugly Martians filofax, Salman Rushdies's 'Fury' book in hb.

Loads of new vids in East Kilbride Poundland:):) I have most of them now:rolleyes: but picked up Stingray and a Jim Henson one for the boys:)

Oohhhhhhhhhhhh, also, they have pens that are/were retailing in my shop for £10!!! It is the pens that have the bubbles thing, or frustration game or Girls 'prediction; ball thing etc on the end of them. They are made by Hasbro and we sold loads last year in Accessorize:D:D:D Grab them, they are a bargain at £1!!!!!
