Egg Savings Account

Hi guys,
I recently opened a new Egg Savings account a few weeks ago when it was at 3.25% which included an introductory bonus. I have deposited an initial £1k into this.
I will also be regularly depositing £100 into this account every month, but I've noticed that the interest date has dropped to 2.5% now.
Does this affect the 'new' money I deposit into my account? Or does the 3.25% still apply?
Hope that makes sense. Thanks in advance!
