Please could someone help, i have been with BT since 14th July 2009 my 1st ever phone line and ive had nothing but problems.
I am desperate to get through to the UK call centre as the Indian call center is useless.
Does anybody have any idea how i can get through to them, or do i have to keep re-dialing untill i get through to a UK rep.
BT Rep if you are online and in the UK please could you contact me i am at the end of my tether and dont know where to go from here !!! This is urgent as i have just had a bill come through for £123.50 ish with a cancerlation charge on the bill - when i have never asked for the line to be cancelled !!!!

I found that if instead of pressing 1 for this, 2 for that etc, just do nothing after dialing number
Get a cup of tea, settle down comfortably and just sit there with the phone, eventually "the system" spots they have either a disabled, nutter or deaf person on phone and will route you to an UK centreWhen an eel bites your bum, that's a Moray0 -
Ill give that a try. Thanks Farway. I think a long afternoon sat on the phone is going to be expected for the rest of my day.0
