It's Grandson number 2's 3rd Birthday next week and he wants a Take along Thomas train yard.
Anyway, we couldn't find it in stock anywhere so Missus S went off hunting and found it at TakeAlongToys.co.uk.
Ordered and paid for it and got an email to say it had been dispatched on Monday by RM 1st class.
Nothing had arrived by Thursday so my wife emailed them just to make sure it was sent as we really needed it for this weekend.
They replied that it had and it was probably with the rest of London's mail, i.e. still in the sorting office but could she give them a call.
She called and spoke to a gent who said he didn't want her to be dissapointed so he would send another via courier and all he asked was that we send the original back when it arrives and he will refund the postage costs.
The replacement arrived yesterday at 9am but still no sign of the original.
It's a pleasant change to see decent customer service so praise where it's due :T
