Greasypalm/Hastings insurance,still no payback!
I bought my car insurance via Greasypalm cash back site which at the time had a £50 cashback offer from Hastings. The transaction occurred on 30th June and still no payment. It has been showing as pending since then. Apparently,according to the GP website,payment can take up to 120 days and i cant submit a ticket until 90 days i think.
Has anyone else suffered this appalling service? They are quick to sign you up but not so quick to fullfill their part of the deal.
Perhaps they think people will just forget or give up?
