Claiming for unpaid DD cgharges too

Hi, I have been offerred £1010 against a claim of £6000 by Abbey and have written back to them saying that this is not a realistic figure.
They based their amount on overdraft charges added in the last 13 months however i do not think they have included charges for unpaid direct debits - i should be claiming for these aswell shouldn't i?

please please please do not reject amounts because the bank can effectively say, "Ok then you get nothing". You need to negotiate for a higher figure. Remember that any offer is not in full and final settlement of any claim.
What happened 13 months ago? Did you get made redundant, lose overtime,?0
