I am assuming that the OP does not want their personal information put onto this thread. I was going to offer to look into it !!!! I can probably tell the OP why they have been declined within 5 minutes and have already said a couple of ways to fix it.
Don't assume that everyone is a pratt like you VIGILANT22.
How can someone wait 3 - 4 months without further contact from the mortgage advisor. Now thats why Santander is getting a bad name - not because they won't lend - there may be a reason that you and the OP know nothing about. I was merely looking to give help and get closure - one way or the other - SO BUTT OUT !!!!I am a Mortgage Adviser
