having just found out about my 21 year old daughters debts I am in the middle of trying to sort them out, but have just found on fron a building society for £6,500 having gone through the statements, which took me weeks to get I have found out that she made no re-payments for over a year, but was still allowed to cash cheques, 2 or 3 times a week! does the building society not have some blame for allowing this to continue and toallow such a debt to amount? there is over £1.300 in fees alone! anyone help please!
