possible restrictive covenants in the absence of documentary title

Hi,
I am in the process of house purchase and have found the following in the Charges Register in the Register of Title:
"In the absence of documentary title prior to registration it could not be
ascertained whether there are any restrictive covenants affecting the land
which is registered subject to any such covenants there may be and so far
as they are still subsisting and enforceable."
is there any way I can find out if restrictive covenants apply to this property? if not, is this something i need to be concerned about?
I have put the questions to my solicitor but would like to hear other's opinions/knowledge on same.
thanks for any help...

Unless you can locate "documentary title prior to registration". there is very little chance of finding the restrictive covenants - short of upsetting someone by breaching one. The usual way of dealing with this is by indemnity insuranceHi, we’ve had to remove your signature.
