Orange '30' plans and internet usage

I am buying a new phone, looking at a deal with Dialaphone £170 cash back, on Dolphin 30 x 24m. Only thing is CS says that the tariff does not include Internet, whilst Dolphin 30 on Orange site itself does. As this is an extra £5 per month, anyone know if this could be right please? Phone is the Nokia 5800 btw.

I've just gone onto an orange 30 tariff through mobiles.co.uk. It was 600 mins, unlimited text and 500mb internet for £20 a month and 15 months 1/2price line rental via cashback. My husband is going for a similar deal with the nokia 5800 (I got the samsung jet).

I have registered with my orange account online and I am definitley getting the above package so it can be included.

It all depends what deal are getting which will again depend which retailer is offering it and what phone you are getting.
The deals can vary a lot at different retailers

You would have to ask dial-a-phone if it is included. As it might be a orange on-line offer, not part of the package. As mobile internet is not usually included for free on orange 30 packages, it is a current promotion. I purchased Orange Dolphin 30 with the 5800 directly through orange to get the internet package.
