Apparently according to the helpful chap I spoke to on friday (out of office hours) it is a family run business - they certainly seem keen to sort out problems - lets hope our refunds come trhough soon!

I've just had this email below. I'm a bit confused by which product they are going to replace with what. Am I being a bit thick, how can they be adding something in for free when I have already paid for the hair and body bag? I already had the free oil thing in there... are they going to send 2 of those?

I think that they do not have anymore body and beauty bag so they are offering to exchange that for the Spa Find Exfoliation Bargain Bags, and they will add to that the oils (like the did to the body and beauty bag) for free... and if you do not agree, they will refund your money ?? well that's what i understand... it does not say that you have to pay anything, so i guess they worth the same, so they will exchange it and u get the oils for free, but just 1 pack not 2.HTH

That's what I thought but i already ordered the exfoliation bag.

I ordered the hair and body and the exfoliation plus the free oil

I would say that they are going to send x2 of the exfoliation plus the free oil as the hair and body is out of stock.
