whenyou go to checkout add in the code NATHEALTH and it adds it automatically

I used this code and it just came off total price and added the extra item (which i think is worth £38)

I had that trouble snoopy and I logged out and then back in but then when I had entered my card details and I clicked to pay it changed the total upwards - be careful what you click - I think perhaps their site's struggling at the mo

Thank you for your advice. I have now tried that too but to no avail. Have 'phoned customer service but no answer, I have now e-mailed the company.
