Got a new Sony Ericsson w810i yesterday as part of my upgrade. Running OS X 10.3.9 with iSync 1.5. Any advice on how to sync the phone?

Never had a phone to use iSync with before. Have only used iSync for my palm and ipod. Would rather not upgrade at the moment as it's suitable for my needs.
As for the 3G aspect, I don't think I'll it'll kick off before I get my next upgrade and the longer talk times on 2G phones appeal to me more.0
