I don't think kellogs is working there just now, and neither am I. It's just examples if you like. Surely there must be other people who care enough to come here and try and help? Maybe there is only me then? I know I've given up posting here before because of all the flak, and I'm only trying to help.
You're right about some of them no doubt, but not everyone is bad, honest.
Every person I have ever dealt with within the CSA have been total morons - arrogant, patronising, dim and full of negative attitude (Falkirk, Belfast and Newcastle are the worst culprits in my opinion).
They will NEVER admit when they are wrong
The harass NRP's and treat them like they are criminals - fair enough, some NRP's are in arrears but it doesn't give the CSA the right to treat them like garbage
Bunch of to55er5 - the lot of 'em !0 -

In this day and age, everybody has the right to be treated with respect and most places do but the csa are a different kettle of fish, they treat every nrp as though they are potential criminals.
Whatever happened to human rights???0 -

totally agree with you - these people are earning £14k a year or something yet they act like they are running the country. I believe that staff are now taking things personally and if they get grief from either an NRP or PWC they make them suffer, whether it be harassment for payments, arrogant attitude or severe delays.0 -

Sometimes you wonder if they get trained to be the opposite of how we are supposed to be??
What gives them the right to speak down to the ppl they deal with, cant they see that there way has caused so much trouble for all who use it and all who have to pay threw them.
Hopefully one day this will change to individual cases, as most second families do live in poverty.
Maybe there is a job for me in the csa, to train them how to treat ppl with respect and to be non judgemental.

Some of you may have read my posts relating to a negative paternity test and our subsequent claim for a refund. All I can honestly say is that the person we have dealt with throughout the proceedings from Day 1 (such a shame I can't mention his name) has been an absolute GEM. He has always returned calls, has always got his colleagues to return calls when it is out of his remit and has been professionally sympathetic and understanding - this is just OUR experience.0

Luckily I have never worked in any of the above places. I honestly thought that due to my experience I had something to offer this board. Maybe not.....0 -
