Happy Anniversary (not)......

Well it's almost a year to the day since I submitted my complaint against the CSA - the matter is now in the hands of ICE but I am nowhere near reaching a conclusion to the whole debacle.

Needless to say because of the incompetence of the CSA and it's unbelievably illiterate, unskilled and arrogant employees I have now submitted another complaint but hope that it doesn't take a year to resolve this one !

None of which are the people who turn up on this board on a regular basis trying to help and give good accurate advice?

Perhaps, but sometimes it depends which side of the fence you are sitting when having dealings and seek help here.

Yes, but remember people like Kellogs doing calculations etc in their own time. It's the same as every place, some good, some bad, some following blindly, some who plain shouldn't be there. I would think that the more that could be encouraged to help here, the better.

What I mean is that more often than not, if a female PWC is asking for help, there are many many more responses than if an NRP (who may not be trying to avoid contributing) asks a similar type of question.

All I know is that Kellogs is an 'expert' in the subject but I didn't realise that Kellogs was still a member of staff there.

If I have received advice from CSA staff on here then I I wasn't aware that they were staff.
  • Kellogs works for the CSA?
No wonder she is so clued up!

I am thinking about putting in a complaint too but I sooooooooo cannot be bothered to deal with them anymore and thus have decided to pay NACSA in order for the latter to deal with the CSA on my behalf.

I am planning to leave for Venezuela and stay over there for three months at least as it has been sooooo long since I visited my family so I thought it would be a good idea to get NACSA to deal with the CSA during my long absence.

Frugallass, why don't you get NACSA to deal with your complaint?

I don't think kellogs is working there just now, and neither am I. It's just examples if you like. Surely there must be other people who care enough to come here and try and help? Maybe there is only me then? I know I've given up posting here before because of all the flak, and I'm only trying to help.

You're right about some of them no doubt, but not everyone is bad, honest.
