PPI on Credit Card

Hi Guys
I had a Lloyds Credit Card a few years back and had PPI on it. It was only small amounts charged each month but I was a student this led on to charges being applied I have successfully got back my charges. But can I still reclaim the PPI? I know how much it was each month only totals around £60 but it all helps.
Thanks

Hello there.;)
And yes of course you can.
With being a student as well and if you did not work for over 16 hours, you do have a case so do give it a go.
Here is the link with more info with templates, also a checklist of mis selling reasons:
http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/reclaim/ppi-loan-insurance
You write to them with your reasons, also check the checklist, if any of those also accur to you then write them as well, you do not need to write the amounts, and they have 8 weeks in full to respond.
Keep at them until they resolve in your favour, or until they issue you with the final decision, this should also include details of the Financial ombudsman service (FOS), where you can take your complaint to them if your not satisfied with the outcome.
Remember to post by recorded delivery, for your proof of posting, and above there is an address thread as well.
Good luck and please post up for further help if required, and please also keep us posted, cheers.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0
