even when we hired high profile CSA Solicitor, he just didn't seem to be committting to such an important task - me think even he is probably worn down by the CSA.
Well you find as you find they were very good for me and I would certanly recommend then. I would point out also it was my MP that got them involved so I am sure they meet what ever criteria
As for Mr Lawrance looking at the above quote you seem to have had a problem with him also.
I give DLS a ring tomorrow and mention your post.0 -
NACSA do offer services as you describe, and unlike the other names mentioned - we are a not for profit organisation rather than a business. You can submit a free general enquiry email before deciding if you want to subscribe. One postee was correct in that there are times where clients have to leave details and we have to call you back in turn - saves people queue jumping :0) We do also now offer a full representation service whereby we take over the case for you.
Lawson - very good at his field, but does charge as a top ranking solicitor would so be prepared for costs.
CSS - heard good and bad. We do have them on our recommendation list for certain clients to refer to but again their charges are per hour as I understand.
DLS....lets move on
MSE - lots of very knowledgable people here and can give you good guidance on how to work through the issues yourself.0 -
